Project Background
This project treats 1100t/h of production wastewater and is the largest PTA project in the world. It adopts a process scheme of waste organic gas waste heat recovery, evaporation and concentration, alkali recovery furnace, and salt recovery to achieve water recovery, concentrated liquid incineration, steam and alkali reuse. More than 90% of the water is recovered, achieving zero discharge of wastewater.

Technical Characteristics
